Harley & Zoe like to watch over Jaydon in his "tanning bed".

In the hospital Jaydon had a bit of jaundice & he tested positive for the Coombs test & his bilirubin levels were slowly rising. We had an appt with the pediatrician Friday to recheck it. He's already been stuck in his heels every 12 hrs at the hospital & now add 1 more stick to that! Working in xray I can pretty much handle anything but when he got that last heel sick & screamed it broke my heart & I teared up. It's hard hearing your baby scream in pain.

His bilirubin was still high so instead of admitting him back into the hospital to lay under the lights we were able to bring home a bili-bed & do the therapy at home. We called it his "tanning bed". He hated it but it worked. At our follow up appt Monday June 29 his level was back down & we were able to get rid of the bed.
